Zendrop s.r.o. ("Zendrop", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Zendrop (the "App"). If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, this Privacy Policy also constitutes our notice under the GDPR.

- Feedback or support messages

- Usage data such as session frequency, meditation duration, and drop counts
- Device information such as device type, operating system, and device ID
- Crash and performance data
- Analytics data collected via Firebase Analytics
- Advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID), subject to applicable consent
c. Purchase and Subscription Data
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store payment card details. We receive confirmation of subscription status from the respective platform.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
- Contract: To provide the App's core features.
- Legitimate interest: To analyze performance, prevent abuse, and improve user experience.
- Consent: For advertising and tracking where required.
- Legal obligation: Where processing is required by law.

- To track meditation activity, drops, water days, and trees planted

5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools, payment platforms, and impact partners where only aggregated metrics are needed.

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your Rights
You may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@zendrop.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ).
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will remove personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
9. Children's Privacy
Zendrop is not intended for users under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 15.
10. Advertising and Tracking
On iOS, we may request permission through App Tracking Transparency. On Android, your Google Advertising ID may be used similarly. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.
11. Push Notifications
With your permission, Zendrop may send reminders and product notifications. You can manage these preferences inside the App or in your device settings.
12. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users inside the App.
