Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zendrop mobile application (the “App”), developed and operated by Zendrop s.r.o.. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to use Zendrop. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
3. User Accounts
You may need an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Zendrop+ Subscription
Monthly: $8.88 USD per month
Annual: $88.80 USD per year
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
Zendrop+ may include premium sessions, increased drop generation, ad-free usage, and other premium features. Features may change with reasonable notice.
5. Drops and Environmental Contributions
Drops are a non-monetary, non-transferable in-app unit used to calculate impact within Zendrop. Zendrop aims to support initiatives such as clean water access and tree planting. Specific timing, batching, and partner logistics may vary.
6. Free Users and Advertising
Free users may be shown ads from third-party ad networks. On iOS, tracking for ad personalization is subject to App Tracking Transparency consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including graphics, logos, audio, text, and the Zendrop brand, is owned by Zendrop s.r.o. or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Uploading malicious content or interfering with service operation
- Manipulating drops, sessions, or contribution metrics
- Impersonating another person or entity
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Zendrop is intended for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zendrop s.r.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumers in the EU may have additional rights under their local consumer laws.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users inside the App.
